Your monthly VIP Time is like having a web pro in your back pocket—ready to help with whatever you need most that month.
That might look like:
- Swapping out photos or updating website copy
- Posting a new blog or updating your services
- Answering questions about tools, tech, or strategy
- Reviewing a landing page or email layout
- Giving you feedback before a launch
- Helping troubleshoot something weird going on (ugh, tech!)

Once a quarter, I host exclusive VIP Office Hours—and you’re invited. These are dedicated weekends where my care plan clients can book a free 40-minute 1-on-1 session to use however you want:

- Untangle tech stuff that's slowing you down
You’ll get first dibs on scheduling and it’s included in your plan. Just one more way I’ve got your back.

Once I receive your form, I'll take a look at your site to make sure everything is compatible with my tools and process. I'll reach out within 1–2 business days to confirm we're a great fit. If you have questions or just want to talk things through, you're welcome to book a free 20-minute call—no pressure at all!

I'll send over a simple contract and your first invoice to get things officially started. If we're migrating your site to my hosting, we'll coordinate a date together and I'll handle all the technical heavy lifting. You just sit back and breathe easy. From there? I've got your website covered.

Frequently asked questions
What kind of work is included for VIP Time?
VIP Time is meant for small, focused tasks that typically take 30 to 60 minutes.
This might include things like:
- Editing text or swapping out images on a page
- Formatting + publishing a blog post you’ve pre-written
- Adding a product to your shop
- Making light design or layout adjustments
Basically, any small content or site updates that help keep things fresh and functioning.
Larger projects, like adding entirely new pages, custom features, or major design changes, usually take more time. If you’re on the Premium plan with 5 hours of VIP Time, that might still cover it. If not, I’m happy to provide a quote.
As a care plan client, you’ll always receive my reduced hourly rate for anything beyond what’s included in your plan.
What is the turnaround time for a requested task?
Most tasks are completed within 2 business days. If something looks like it may take a bit longer, I will still reach out within that same timeframe to let you know I received your request and to share a clear timeline. I will always keep you informed so you are never left guessing.
What if I have a bigger request that exceeds my small task time?
No problem at all. If your request goes beyond the time included in your plan, I’ll let you know and provide a quote before moving forward.
As a care plan client, you’ll get access to my reduced hourly rate for any additional work, so you’ll still save compared to my standard pricing.
Do unused hour(s) for VIP Time roll over month-to-month?
VIP Time does not roll over. To keep things simple and fair for everyone, hours reset each month based on your plan.
My site was built by another designer—can I still sign up?
Absolutely! I'd love to support your site even if I didn't build it. I'll take a look at the backend first to make sure everything is compatible with my tools and process — and as long as it checks out, we're good to go.
There is a small one-time onboarding fee to cover the extra time needed to get acquainted with your setup. I'll let you know the exact amount upfront so there are no surprises.
Can I still sign up and keep my existing hosting?
Yes, you’re welcome to sign up while keeping your current hosting. Just like with sites I didn’t build, I’ll need to review the backend first to make sure it’s compatible with my tools and process. If everything checks out, I’m happy to support your site where it lives.
Do you offer a discount if I bring my own hosting?
I don’t offer a discount for using your own host. While hosting is part of the plan, the real value comes from the ongoing support, updates, monitoring, and access you receive. That level of care doesn’t change based on where your site is hosted.
Are there any setup or cancellation fees?
If I built your site, there’s no setup fee. You can upgrade, downgrade, or cancel your plan at any time with 7 days’ notice.
If you decide to cancel and need help moving your site to a new hosting provider, I can assist, but that work will be quoted separately based on the time needed.
