I work exclusively in WordPress and typically recommend Divi as a base theme framework. Alternatively, I’m also a big fan of Elementor as a page builder. Both allow for flexibility in design and provide an easy interface for clients.

Do you talk to my client directly?

When we discuss your project, we can decide how you want to handle this.

Some of my designer collaborators prefer a white label approach where their client never knows that I’m behind the scenes doing the technical work. Others prefer to get their website design mockup approved by the client, then make the introduction and “hand-off” the development to me. 

I’m happy to accommodate either arrangement and discuss specifics.

How do you communicate?

I do most of my work very asynchronously so 90% or more of my communication is via email, and I frequently use Loom to record quick screencast videos if needed.

I’m also more than happy to have an introductory video call via Zoom or Google Meet, but I try to keep these to a minimum. If that’s your style too, we’ll be a great fit!

What is your availability/project turn around time?

This varies quite a lot based on project size and my own client workload at any given time. The best thing to do is contact me and we can discuss timelines and availability.

How much does it cost?

Pricing varies based on the size of the site, the complexity of the design, and the features required. 

  • Website Only starting at $1500
    Custom WordPress child theme to match your mockups, built on the Divi platform (lifetime Divi license included). Base pricing assumes up. to5 content pages, one contact web form, one email opt-in (embedded or pop-up), basic technical SEO setup, and technical support for launch (installing WordPress, launching site).
  • Website + E-Commerce starting at $2800
    Includes everything in the “Website Only” package PLUS WooCommerce configuration for online sales of physical or digital products. Base pricing assumes standard WooCommerce setup and pre-loading up to 5 products.

What are your payment terms?

I require a 50% deposit up front to book your project and hold the date(s) on my calendar. The remaining 50% is due after 30 days or upon completion/approval of the website on my test server, prior to moving it to the client’s server (whichever comes first).

I accept payment via ACH transfer, Venmo, PayPal, or credit cards.
